The past couple of days have just been ... crap, really. On a global scale and on a personal scale. So, in an effort to make myself feel better, a list of Good Things that I've had happen recently:
- Went to the aquarium on Sunday with the ever-delightful Princess Tickybox. I spent a long time watching the otters.
- Spent part of Monday doing dayjob work over at
maiaarts house, which was a lovely change.
- Oh, and
maiaarts gave me pep talks about several things, and is going to transform one of the various blank books I have around here into the sort of blank book I'm coveting for my next project (that I'm not starting yet, but is in my brain.)
- My wonderful chiropractor made my neck and back make horrible noises yesterday, and now I'm not gritting my teeth against pain.

truejavachik sent me a lovely care package yesterday, with vampire stickers and a book on absinthe.
- I am going to the Emilie Autumn show on Friday! With the ever-charming

Don't get me wrong, I am still full of cranky and stress, but focusing on these good things does kind of help. Tell me more good things!
