Whoo, not feeling very awake AT ALL.

Thank you for the compliments on yesterday's skirt! It's a replica I made of an skirt by Angelic Pretty. I also made the skirt I am wearing today, and the skirt I'm contemplating wearing tomorrow is also one I made. Huh, I guess I should stop saying I don't sew much.

It took me two or three days to make, because I had to figure out and draft a pattern, in addition to doing other stuff like, oh, writing and general house-stuff.

(For a skirt like the one I'm wearing today, it usually takes me about 4 hours if I'm focused.)

It's a tempting idea, but I just don't think my sewing skills are enough to turn out garments of a quality I'd feel comfortable sewing. I mean, I'm perfectly okay with serged/rolled hems and whatnot, but I don't know if I'd expect other people to pay me for them.

Tho' I do keep idly thinking about opening an Etsy shop ...
