It kinda is Do All The Things time in JilliLand at the moment. Since Monday I have:
- Covered a top hat with a new skin of antique lace.
- Made a couple paper roses from pages of Dracula.
- Day job, day job, day job.
- SENT MY AGENT THE PROPOSAL AND SAMPLE CHAPTERS FOR THE FICTION PROJECT, OMG.
- Sent email about being a guest at a local con.
- Helped throw a birthday party for Dad.
- Posted the information about the memorial for Mom.
- Went to therapy.
- Dyed a skirt several times, decided it wasn't going to work.
- Cleaned roughly a gazillion strands of faux pearls, then refashioned them into a huge, OTT necklace.
- Ran errands to return some things Mom had purchased.
- Laundry.
- More laundry, involving petticoats and square dance dresses.
- Made an appointment with a local vintage clothing store to talk to them about selling those petticoats and square dance dresses.
- Pestered my HR person until they were able to get the administrator for our health benefits to contact me with info I needed.
It would be nice to think I could maintain this level of productivity. But I know it won't last, alas.
