A good start to my new job (which starts tomorrow): my recruiter left voicemail for me today to let me know that my new boss had contacted her; he wanted to let me know that if the predicted snow hits tonight, I shouldn't worry about getting into the office tomorrow, because there's a chance that he won't be in either.

Hurrah! A reasonable (sounding) manager!

Definitely sounds like a positive sign!

I bet it's the snow that's downed all in-and-out network traffic to Microsoft! I was getting nervous that North Korea had nuked you guys or something after my sixth hour of failing to breach the network >g<
