Last night, the StuntHusband, [personal profile] minim_calibre, and myself went dancing at the once-a-month new wave/goth/industrial night that the StuntHusband and I prefer. The DJs were in an odd mood, so there wasn't a lot of goth and industrial, but a lot of club music. Eh, I still got to dance a bit, and it was nice to get dressed up and flounce around for the evening.

And since it was Solstice, "dressed up" had to be extra-fancy, right?

(I am really proud of how that flower crown turned out. Rosemary from [personal profile] minim_calibre's yard, and roses from the grocery store. Also, shout-out to the Hannibal fandom!)

Seeing pictures of you isn't as good as seeing you in person, but it still makes me very, very happy.

You are truly a treasure -- my life is stranger and more wonderful with you in it. Thank you.

Gorgeous! Merry Solstice! :)

... and which club might this be? I've been wanting to poke around the goth scene, but there doesn't seem to be much of one (although plenty of goths) in Olympia, so I suspect folks are going up to The City. I've mostly heard about Mercury, but that seems to require "knowing someone" already, and my other Seattle gothy contact moved awhile back. I've not heard much about any others.

You look fabulous! I wish I'd had that outfit for Litha on Saturday night.
