I am looking for an antique-looking skull and crossbones surrounded by Victorian-esque scrollwork, leaves, and flowers. I want to print the image onto iron-on transfer paper so I can create an appliqué to apply to a skirt.

EDITED TO ADD: What I really need is a good graphic of the sort of skull I want, and a separate graphic of scrollwork/leaves/flowers. I need reasonably high-res versions of these separate elements, because the Stroppy One would be able to collage them together for me via the magic of Photoshop.

Examples and clicky-links to the sorts of images I'm looking for:

The Bone Collector (I've sent a message to this Etsy seller asking her if it would be okay if I purchased one of these prints, scanned it, and made a iron-on transfer of it for my own use. I haven't yet heard back from her.)

Piratemod's Victorian Flourish.

Piratemod's Pirate King.

Strangemonster's Decadence of Love.

So! Suggestions? Clicky-links? Proclaimations of "Oh, that's easy! Here, look at this thing I made!"?

PS Now I remember where I saw those sorts of skulls!
What you need is an old medical/anatomy book drawing of a skull, I think :)

Making a thing? I love making a thing. When's the next making-a-thing thing at my house?

I commend to you Dover's 1268 Old-Time Cuts and Ornaments CD-ROM and Book (http://store.doverpublications.com/0486997812.html), which is what I use to put together cemetery mailings (though I usually put little Victorian floral dealies on those, not skulls. People these days do not want to think of their dear old granny as a skull. Oh well.)

It has a lot of wreaths and garlandy bits (like four pages; whaddaya want?), though I am not seeing any skulls. Here. *pokes at upload thingy* Four wreaths, and a gratuitous parasol illo which may amuse you. (http://pics.livejournal.com/serrana/gallery/0000scbk) Let me know if you'd like more; I got lots.

I have something better than an iron on

I have fabric that you print on from
your inkjet printer - then
you soak it, dry it for a few days and sew away!

Also I didn't check the links, but you know I can draw you something if you need it. I adore skulls.

Leonardo da Vinci has awesome skulls.

What about this one?

This could be used as a background for a skull that you find....

Do you use Adobe Illustrator? If so then merging vector graphics from different designs could help. I *heart* iStock photo....I download graphics from them throughout the year and it's really easy to set up an account. That's where I go to get the borders for my flyers.
