After the marshmallow fluff sets enough, I need to cut it into cube-ish shapes and dredge it in a powdered sugar/corn starch mix.

I want to try to make gingerbread this year. Is your recipe strong enough to build with it? I'm determined to make a homemade house some day, and this may be the year to do it.
(And yes, I certainly agree - pepper is definitely needed in gingerbread. And chai. I even put in a dash in my black tea if I need a spicy kick.)
