Waking up with a sinus-pressure migraine

Not being able to eat or drink anything until almost noon, due to having blood drawn for my yearly physical

REALLY BAD sinus migraine, with bonus blood-sugar issues and a caffeine-deprivation headache. I've not really looked at LJ so far today. Which brings me to my usual request: if there's something going on that you think I should know about and possibly missed today, please send me email or leave a comment.

(I know trepanation is a bad idea. I KNOW. But golly, it sounds tempting right now. If I could just drill a tiny hole to release this pressure in my head ...)

I think you'd probably quite like one of the Soulcollage cards I posted last night (http://pegkerr.livejournal.com/1033409.html#cutid1). You'll probably never see anything edging quite so close to goth in my journal ever again.

Suck.

I was going to witter at you about Microsoft, but I'll stop that right now.

Take a long hot bath or shower and use an eyeshade.

I'd loan you the boy for his excellent knowledge of sinus pressure points, but it does rather hurt a bit before it helps.

Oh dear -- I *do* hope you're better by the time you can stand to read this again...

Oy. I guess Remote Exorcism Service didn't do the trick.

Life is good: four bugs fixed in a week. No sign that Boss or Boss.boss want to gnaw my charred bones.

Two words: Excedrin Migraine. I only yap about it because it works miracles - for me anyway.

Feel better soon!

Ouch, I hope you get better soon!
For migraine, I'm using medicine called Almogran, which works wonderfully. It makes me fall asleep for an hour or two and after that the migraine is completely gone.
