So apparently my weeks of recurring zombie nightmares weren't just free-floating anxiety. Being proved right in this case doesn't make me happy, for the record.

I was able to get through to The Husband; he's bundled the cats, some supplies, and Clovis into the car, and is on his way here to my office. As much as I don't want to admit it, holing up at the corporate campus will be safer than being at our house. I haven't been able to contact anyone else.

So far, there's a thin veneer of normalcy at the office; even the cafeteria is still open and busy. People are trying to act like everything is fine. There have been no sightings of the infected here on campus, but it'll only be a matter of time.

You people must have seen the news reports; while the media is being very careful not to use the "Z" word, it's obvious that's what's going on. Find someplace secure. If you have to travel and you have access to the Web, try to find a route that avoids cemeteries and hospitals. If you're attacked, aim for the head. And try not to panic.

I'm going to go find some more things I can turn into weapons. If something happens, I'll try to post an update.

I think you're OK. So far, the zombies are only feasting on the SQL and Windows Mobile Teams.

If anything, come to Bldg 50 - it's been proven that zombies are allergic to eHome.

I'm betting my building has the best security, considering who has offices on the top floor.

The SQL and Mobile teams, huh? I hadn't heard that yet.

Stypica has a web site called When the Shit Hits the Fan (WTSHTF) that is very similar to BLITEOTW. Only it could be other stuff besides Zombies.

Lucky you..

Redmond Town Center is bloody well over run. The shuttle tried to plow through and start getting us out, but no luck. I don't think any have gotten into the building, but it's just a matter of time before first floor is over run. We don't even have a cafeteria to rob blind out here.

I just saw a zombie near Building 100, with a tophat and pink crinolines.

I think we may have lost Jilli.
