Is there a quick way I could figure out if a particular blush is safe to use on my eyes?
(What? Stop looking at me like that.)
I realized last night, after rummaging around in the makeup boxes, that I have a very good pink shade via a MAC blush I own ("Dollymix", if you're curious). I just don't know if it's one of the colors that is safe to use as eye shadow. Oh, and I don't have the ingredient list anymore, but that could probably be found online.
In Other News, writing mid-year career discussions? Still tedious and maddening, go figure.

HOWEVER, you do have UBER-SENSITIVE eyes, so your best bet is to test a little above one eye with no makeup on sometime when you are going to be home for the next few hours with no one around to see you (since I know you are as vain as I am).
this will tell you if you have a reaction to it. And also give you conclusive evidence if it is the shadow or another allergen at that moment.
And I agree with Plei about writing your review.
I personally differentiate makeup by "powders" "creams" "sticks" and "liquids". Powders are further redifined as "cake" or "loose". :D

I'll note that as another positive for contract work. The last I had a perm position they had a really tedious and flawed review process where you were not supposed to rate yourself better than average among other things...

Though I did have a 'career goals' chat with one of my reps in December; that was comical.
"So, how do you want to improve your skillset?"
"I don't. I'm working to save money for school, then I want to get out. Then, I want to design limbs."
That's really not the answer they want to hear.
