I feel your pain on the yearly reviews. I only had to do them a couple of times, but I hated them nonetheless. The temptation to print out the review forms and scrawl "READ BIBLE MORE" in crayon for every answer was nearly overwhelming at times.
Though I did have a 'career goals' chat with one of my reps in December; that was comical.
"So, how do you want to improve your skillset?" "I don't. I'm working to save money for school, then I want to get out. Then, I want to design limbs."
