I'm far less tired than I was yesterday, but my brain still feels like it has been wrapped in Jello-soaked cotton batting. I am assuming that a second pot of tea and a chocolate donut will help. (One of the writers brought in donuts, yay! This saves me from deciding if I really wanted to walk over to the Commons and get a cupcake.)

I'm kind of amazed that I'm less tired than yesterday, as my dreams last night were ... wacky. The one I really remember involved a lot of us being at a semi-fancy goth event, and me trying to avoid talking to a particular person who was also there. Thanks subconscious, that's very subtle I DON'T think.

The dream also involved [livejournal.com profile] pocketbearwa and I being cranky that the bar had nothing but beer, and [livejournal.com profile] mskoi throwing an arm around my shoulders and cheerfully offering to commit violence upon someone to entertain me. After she made this offer, she and [livejournal.com profile] morthael started enthusiastically comparing techniques for cracking skulls. And then the sirens went off, my old boss from WotC walked up and started handing out pulse rifles, because the Aliens were attacking.

Look, I don't understand it either, don't ask me to explain it. At least it wasn't another zombie apocalypse stress dream?

Behind the cut, vertical striped stockings layered with shredded black stockings, and Fluevog Babycakes. )

Oooh, clicky-link of coveting: Lovechild Boudoir has their own site now, and my goodness do I want this jacket. (clicky-link!) Yes, I probably could customize myself something similar, but I like Lovechild Boudoir's work. (I have two bustle-y overskirts from them.) There's something about the combination of the pinstriped fabric and the extravagant ruffles that grabs me. But at $110 + shipping, it goes on the coveting list AFTER Fluevogs.
