Shallow fashion ponderings

I have developed a sudden craving for a knee-length, slightly fitted skirt, that has ruffles at the hem. In black. To be worn with any of my batwing-point hem jackets, b&w stripey tights, and granny boots.

See, if I had realized this on Friday, I could have looked for that sort of skirt in any of the gazillion thrift stores I was in over the weekend. But nooooo, I had to think of this today, while sitting at work.

I'm not quite sure where this urge for a knee-length, not worn with petticoats, skirt has come from.

Other shallow-ish appearance things percolating through my brain:

- I am vaguely (very vaguely, I might add) considering having the lowest set of holes in my ears stretched, so I can just stick a set of spiral talons in them and not ever worry about earrings again. I seem to have this thought every time I see girlgoth and look at the very large-gauge spirals in her ears.


- I think my next tattoo will be placed just above my left wrist. I think. I need to look at the design again to make up my mind, and then I need to start shopping around for a tattoo artist.

Real content will appear again some day, I promise. Right now, however, I'm sleepy and distracted by clothing.
