You know what was released yesterday?
The Original Broadway Cast Recording of The Addams Family Musical!
Yes, I had it pre-ordered. Even tho' I had never heard anything off of it. HELLO, IT IS THE ADDAMS FAMILY, MY SPIRITUAL RELATIVES.
I'm about halfway through my first listen of it. I like the songs, and Nathan Lane as Gomez Addams is brilliant. But I'm not that convinced by the libretto.
( Things that just don't ring true. )
But if the show goes on tour, will I see it? Of course I will. Again, HELLO, IT IS THE ADDAMS FAMILY.
