Hmm. I just read a blog post explaining that "nu-goth" is about "weird people wearing black", and forcibly rejecting the history and "cheese" (their words, not mine) of the Goth culture. Ohh-kaay?
But that is why the idea of "nu-goth" doesn't appeal to me. Bring on the bombast and heightened emotional states! Bring on the cheesy vampire movies, the black capes, and BRING ON THE CLICHES.
