If you're consistently feeling tired from exercise, you may not be giving your body enough nutrients or sleep to counteract the boost in metabolism, so you're running out of energy. Try eating more protein and long-lasting carbohydrates like oatmeal and whole grains, instead of shorter-lasting carbohydrates like fruits.
