This whole week has been bad. Just ... gnnng. Bad, and I'm hoping next week is better. (It should be, what with The Damned concert and going to PDX for the My Summer As A Goth Halloween movie party on Friday.)

But! Hey look! Aromaleigh is re-launching! http://aromaleighv2.wordpress.com/

"Aromaleigh’s founder, Kristen Leigh Bell, will be acting as the Creative Director, and Director of Product Formulation for the new Aromaleigh. With all the amazing, improved pigments and ingredients that are available now, the opportunity to work for Aromaleigh in this capacity is very exciting!"

I'm hoping the new people behind it bring back Porcelaine finishing powder and the Voile and Glissade powder foundations. Because while I have a stockpile of Glissade in both shades I liked (L1 and OO), it would be reassuring to know that they exist beyond my cache.

I'm not feeling encouraged by what they have to say on that front so far. I'm sure there will be foundation, but it sounds like they're trying very hard to tamp down people's expectations of any exact returns.

I have a container of l1 that ordered on accident once that you can have.

I can't remember if it was you that suggested MAC "party line" lipstick, but holy moly it's the perfect daytime color for me, so if that was you, thanks!

I'm wearing "Donna" from the new line now. I am hopeless.

I am also wondering who's running the operations now...

I'm hoping that they bring back the En Point collection so that I can use as much Sylph as my heart desires without worrying about using it up. I'm also hoping Gothic Lolita comes back because I love Aqua Nightmare and I never got to try Bete Noire, so I'm hoping for that too. It all depends on what the new management are planning though.
