Tzepesh is!

At home, eating. Well, scooping kibble onto the floor and then eating, but that's what he's always done with kibble.

He's going to be on a bunch of meds for a while, and is indeed going to be on steroids for life. We still don't know what caused the GI infection; cats with IBS can be triggered into something like that by, oh, eating a few spiders. (Tzepesh, let your brother take over the role of Mighty Hunter for now, okay?)

But he's home. Home, and affectionate, and much like his old self. We're very thankful for that.

He is a lovely kitty! I wonder if the scooping thing is a black cat trait because mine does it too. In any case, I'm glad your baby is home with you! :)

That is wonderful news! I'm so glad he's back to his kibble-scattering self.

He's such a pretty boy! I'm so glad he's feeling better! (My Jezebel, who's a tortie, tends to scoop kibble up in her paw to eat it, and sometimes knocks it out of the bowl as well, so maybe it does have something to do w/the black cat gene?)

I'm so glad to see this update! Go kitty go!

So glad he's OK! And his habit with the food reminds me of an occasionaly thing Mi-kun does where he will paw at his water a few times before licking it off. I have that incident on video somewhere. I have yet to use it against him :)

So glad that your kitty is home finally. I too have a kibble scooper - she likes to toss it into the bathroom sink, chase it around, kill it, then eat it.

I am going to have to watch her for the GI thing - she LOVES to eat spiders!!!
