Last night's crazy

So over the course of last night, I wrote 5,044 words, for a story that is due tomorrow. Those of you who follow me on FB got to see the real-time madness; I hope it was amusing.

The story is for an anthology that hasn't been officially announced yet, but when it IS, I will be telling everyone. So yes, it's fiction, and it's not part of the serial I've been writing for Steampunk Tales.

Tonight, I go over the feedback from my brilliant, lovely, talented beta readers, and tomorrow I send the story off. And then get back to the other looming projects, ahahahahaha.

Wow, well done! Hopefully some of your adeptness will rub off on me; I'm trying to finish a short story for a competition, 500 words left to write, and yet I'm stuck. Talk about frustrating! Hmmm...maybe if I had some of that amazing tea you mentioned. I'd never heard of chocolate-flavoured tea before, but now I'm intrigued...and unabashedly salivating at the thought of it. :3
