Definitely sending more goodwishes and love for swift recovery to your mother. Hospitals=no fun, and it's...never fun to suddenly have one's mom ailing.

My mother is type 2 Diabetic, and has collapsed twice from low-blood sugar. Both times, she's been fine afterwards thankfully--but getting the phone call still always reduces me to about 3 yrs old for a moment's worth of panic because it's my MOM--she's supposed to be invisible.

Knowing how close you are to your mother (much like I am to mine), you have my complete sympathies and I wish YOU well as well as her.

Oh Sweety!
Just been throughout this with both grandparents a year and a half apart. Both on vent's both predicted to have much doom, both now home and toddling about, slowly but still...never believe the worst option.
If you need any medicalese translated or hospital red tape help Here I am. I have discovered that if you wear your fangs to ICU people pay attention very quickly.
Hope things get better, and take care of you.
