Nyeh heh heh heh! I didn't know there was such a thing as "rational basis review", but yeah, legislative queer bashing doesn't pass.

I've heard a lot of bitching from a few transsexuals that gay marriage has nothing to do with us and our murder rate. Bullpucky. There are a whole bunch of homosexual trans people, and some of them want to get married in California.

OH man I do NOT think it's too early to rejoice!! The people who say how happy they are that it's been overturned, the more chance that it will build up support!! So hey, I say SCREAM IT ON THE MOUNTAINS. WOOOO PROP 8 OVERTURNED!!
