I DON'T have mono!
::cheers weakly::
However, I've got an upper respiratory bug and a wicked case of adrenal fatigue, so I am under doctor's orders to rest and sleep and much as possible. In other words, work from home this week and take a lot of naps. Which on the one hand, hey, I like doctor-ordered relaxation! On the other hand, wow, I foresee cabin fever and fidgeting in my near future. Gosh, this would be a perfect time to catch up on my writing in the evenings, if my brain ever unwraps itself from its fuzzy blanket ...

Doctor-ordered R&R you say? Lovely! Cabin fever can be annoying though, *sigh*

Hugs, hair pats and healing ~ma for your upper respiratory bug (they are such evil things) and adrenal fatigue. May you be feeling back to yourself very quickly.
Try to rest and sleep. Maybe photos and links of gothy boys and wonderful gothy items will help to distract you. I'll see what I can do to help.

Glad you don't have mono - that would really suck.
Bummer on the upper respira though...they suck
I can give you my grandmothers recipe for comfort through an upper respira -- put Vicks Vaporub on your feet - mostly on the bottom but it does not hurt to rub it into your toes - it feels gross, but put on a pair of white cotton socks (so the dye doesnt stain your feet!!) & go to bed - you will be amazed at 1. the relief 2. how soft your feet are - instant pedicure!!
Also if you want to make a nice 'steamer'
1. pot of boiling water
2. eucalyptus oil
3. peppermint oil
mix & simmmer on the stove - just keep topping up the water & the essential oils - it smells divine! and it got my son through 4 months of croup!
here's another hug to help you feel better *hug*
