Show And Tell: Fables And Fields Green by Blackbird Orchestra.

Thank you to Amy, Cass, and Plei for being super-fast betas on this one!

(Carlee, the Noxenlux Chapeau review will be the next one. ::grin::)

In other news, I slept poorly last night, but had dreams of being at Disneyland. ::sigh:: My spiritual home, it calls to me. Not that I am going there this year. We have other travel plans (yay!), and the Stroppy One has requested that we not set foot in a Disney property for a while, as the Kingdom of the Mouse is not his spiritual home. I respect that. But that doesn't mean that I don't miss Disneyland.

Can't you go on a gothy road trip with a few friends and Clovis if your hubby doesn't fancy it?

Re: Thank you!!!

I beta'd the review for her, and told her I'm now dying to hear the album. She did her job well. ;-)

Re: Thank you!!!

Luckily, that will be easy...

Go to our site at www.blackbirdorchestra.com and use the free music player on the lower right hand side of the screen. It's kind of small, but all the new songs from the CD are there free to be listened to. i hope you enjoy it!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this excellent band. I have a recommendation in return (if you haven't heard them already that is): [livejournal.com profile] ego_likeness - Guitar, Drums, and a gorgeous soprano voice. Steve & Donna are friends, but their music is amazing as well; I went to a club I detest when I was feeling very unwell just to see them live, and we left before the headliner, Bella Morte got into their second song - I couldn't stand Bar Sinister anymore. Right now they're on vacation, but you can check some of their music out online at www.egolikeness.com.

And if you decide to come down for Bats Day, I'm in LA which is ~ 45 mins away, and will happily offer the guest bed to you. I've been reading Gothic Charm School for ages, but just found your lj via a comment in Kambriel's.

Wait! No Disneyland? Does that mean no Bats Day?

I think I saw you at Bats Day like two years ago, I was all "Ooo pretty top hat" then got distracted by something shiny.

Maybe we should trade husbands for awhile. Mine is mooning like a teenage girl over how much he misses Disney, while I can think of about eight dozen other things I'd much rather do.
