I sent off my story for Steampunk Tales vol. 3 yesterday, before the deadline, whoo! And then spent the rest of the day dinking around the interwebs and reading a vampire novel. (A Dance In Blood Velvet by Freda Warrington, which I had been trying to find for years. It was very good.)

Today is a day of hanging out with [livejournal.com profile] minim_calibre (who is working at home today) and her daughter, my niece-by-proxy Princess Tickybox. I have vague hopes of making it to Artwalk tonight, but that depends on Stuff.

Hanging out with people will be good, because this morning was kind of meh so far, for various reasons. Including the fact that the job hunt is still stuck in the nothing happening stage, booo. So to perk myself up, I am drinking a(nother) pot of Pear Caramel Truffle tea, playing with makeup, and have set Renfield the iPod shuffling through all of the MCR in the library. At a very loud volume. Oh look, it's time to go sing along with "Cemetery Drive"!
There may be SFD photos later. But for now, the eyeliner calls to me.

Oh, Caramel Truffle tea sounds very intriguing! The company Naturavita makes a really lovely Toasted Marshmallow Root tea. It's a blend I'd recommend to any and all tea lovers.

Have you ever seen Crevette's review of "Night Travels of the Elven Vampire"? ==> http://crevette.livejournal.com/113659.html

(I'd caution you to put down that cup of Pear Caramel Truffle tea first.

HOLY CRAP! That was beyond awful! Here I thought the sample booklet I read of Twilight was a crime against the English language, but I take that back. There IS something worse out there. Thanks for the warning.

^^Your IQ may drop by several points, don't say I didn't warn you...I've never been able to finish it :/

The horrifying truth is that the author intended it as a serious work. No, really.

Pear Caramel Truffle tea sounds divine!

Off topic but this bag kinda reminded me of your *future* skelly boots.

Tea and playing with makeup sounds like a wonderful combination of activities.

I love your music choice. MCR always makes me feel better too :D Where on earth did you find Pear Caramel Truffle tea? Such a tasty cup of tea might help keep me going while I finish turning my dorm room into Wonderland.

I sure hope you can come to art walk tonight. I'll have a Jilli print on the wall!

And I am still working on editing your set, promise. Life has been extra stupid these last two weeks.

Pear Caramel Truffle tea?! *swoons* I'll eat/drink pear flavored ANYTHING...I've got to get this tea.

MCR! I love them :) I admit, for a while I was doing the nose-in-the-air, they're not ~*Goffick*~ enough for ME thing...but then they came out with The Black Parade and I got over myself, thank god!

Congrats on getting your story in before the deadline.
*HUGS* on the job hunting thing, I'm in the same stage as well.
Pear Caramel Truffle tea? Now I'm not a tea drinker but that sounds heavenly!

The nickname "Princess Tickybox" intrigues me greatly.
