Option 2: go back to bed for a few hours after the early morning meeting, still feel awful and loopy for the whole day because my body clock has been scrambled.

Welcome to my world four days a week. I fucking hate it. Right now it's not too awful- it being light out makes it a little more bearable to be up at an obscene hour. I hate to think what winter will be like. There is now good way to deal with it when you're not a morning person.
