How do you like the Deviant Moon deck? It holds the record for "tarot deck I have picked up and set down more times than any other, because I like the artwork but something about it just screams Not For Me."

It was given to me last week by a friend, because she picked it up and then realized it Was Not For Her. I like it, and it makes an interesting change from my usual Halloween deck. The Deviant Moon deck feels more ... nightmarish isn't quite the right word, but it's much more the underside of my brain than the happy Halloween wheeee! upper part of my brain that the Halloween deck resonates with.

Mind, I haven't done a full reading with it yet, just two nightly card draws. But I've thoroughly looked through it, and there's just something about it that put its hooks into my brain.
