take two cups of milk, warm it to just below the boil point, and plunk 2 peppermint teabags in. (peppermint teabags = just the herb. teabags are easier than straining the herb bits out) let it steep for about 5-6 minutes, remove the teabags, sweeten to taste.
it can also be done with chamomile, but i'm always wary of chamomile after living with an asthmatic who had ragweed allergies...chamomile and ragweed are related and can cause an allergic reaction.
mine (and mama's) migraines were hormone-related. she was in *bad* shape after being on hormonal birth control. :/
