I've been considering trying to get a certificate in technical communication and go into technical writing. You certainly seem to like it. How hard is it to get into? It seems like there should be a good number of jobs around here.
Step 2: Beyond merely not making you mad, have the VP offer some very specific suggestions* on how to make you happy.
*including, but not limited to satellite office location within the Haunted Mansion, antique velvets & laces, European chocolates, and work trips with "extended layovers" which happen to coincide with Carnevale in Venice, WGT, Whitby, and the like ;)
