AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Spoilers for the epilogue of Breaking Dawn, the 4th book in the Twilight series, have been posted. Not only posted, but with enough confirmation-type information that I kinda believe them.

COMEDY GOLD, PEOPLE. I just ... wow. Not only are the spoilers worthy of some of the crackiest fanfic I have ever seen, but I think I was once in a vampire LARP with the same plot points. (Either that, or those plot points were discussed as a potential storyline.) Please oh please, let the spoilers be true.

The Twilight fandom (and the Twilight snarkdom) are flipping out. Some in horrified anger, some in horrified delight. Me? I can't stop giggling, and I hope a copy of Breaking Dawn turns up at a used book store VERY VERY soon after the release date.

I can't look, I just can't... but I knew the fourth book would probably ruin the series. I had that feeling.

I'm of the opinion that authors don't know how to properly end series anymore.

Oh thank you for linking those! I nearly fell off my chair laughing! Now, I just have to hope the friend who lent me the three first volumes will do the same with this one...

There was a trailer for that (of the making-of variety) on the Penelope dvd.

Would you recommend the books?

<--almost out of reading material *again*.

I wouldn't recommend the books unless you were in the mood for sticky-sweet bad teen romance with vampires. Sparkly vampires. Let me put it this way, they're quite the junk food reading.

(Also, buy them from a used book store, or check them out from the library.)

Can't be any worse than Karma Girl. I'll have to look for it when I go to the library next weekend.

Have I mentioned how much I love my library? Oh, yeah.

Found a book on werewolves told in a poetry style format. Not sure how else to describe it. Yeah, LOVE my library!

I am so very, very, very glad I am no longer an adolescent. 'Cause I can pretty much guarantee I'd be right in the thick of it all if I were.

I think I need to read these books now

far too many people I know with good taste in vampire stuff think they are very very good..

::waves hands frantically::

No no no! It's not that they're good, because they're NOT. It's more that many of us have read them in sheer slack-jawed amazement because they're so cheesey. And full of every bad teen romance cliché, and just ... epically dippy. They're junk food: fun, but you can't believe you're subjecting yourself to them.
