Thank goodness for being able to log into work from home, let me tell you. Because I can look at a computer screen and work with a migraine, I just need to be someplace where I can take lots of breaks to hide in a dark room. (Or possibly throw up. That hasn't happened yet with this particular migraine, and whooo, I hope it doesn't.)
Dear
weaselmom, I know that I've tried Excedrin Migraine, and all it did was make me wired from the amount of caffeine in it. But thank you for suggesting it.
Dear
domestinatrix, thank you for telling me about how roasted potatoes and kale make a complete protein. Guess what I had for lunch? Along with some of that triple-cream goat milk version of Brie on apple slices. I may be woozy and in pain, but at least my lunch was delicious.
There's other nonsense going on that has made the past few days not exactly stellar ones. Dear Universe, start treating everyone kindly, okay?

Have you considered getting a prescription med for your migraines? Like, say, zomig? Works good for me, when I get one...mine is the melt-on-your-tongue stuff, which is good if you get nausea with migraines.

I haven't looked into prescription meds for my migraines, because I know exactly what triggers them: either my neck has gone slightly out of whack and I need to see my chiropractor, or the weather is being extremely changeable, and nothing will make my sinuses stop hurting.
