I have the strain of The Plague where the cough goes away and one's head does NOT fill with goo, but instead one feels achey and weak and exhausted all the time. Walking down and up the basement stairs to help feed the kitties has left me wiped out.

I know some of the kindest and most thoughtful people in the world. Huge huge thank-yous go to [livejournal.com profile] theda, [livejournal.com profile] staxxy, and [livejournal.com profile] domestinatrix.

I keep thinking I should be using this time to write, but every time I try, my brain switches over to the white noise setting, and I end up scrapping the few paragraphs I manage to eke out. Not to mention I have this huge list of Things I Want To Do, and no energy to do them with.

I hope all of you folks are doing well, and that all of us Feel Better soon. Very, very soon.

I hear you about the white noise - I'm finally feeling better today in a really-able-to-do-stuff way, and it makes a world of difference: I've written almost 2,000 words in the past hour.

Glad you're starting to feel better!
