Someone pointed out the best one I've ever seen.

Mary Poppins as a horror movie.

I so very badly want this version of the movie to actually exist. It would be wonderful.

A recent Venture Bros cartoon reminded me of you

When Dr. Henry Killinger (and his Magic Murder Bag...all loosely based on Henry Kissinger, including the very low grumbly mumbly German accent) lifted away with his black umbrella, then got stuck to the ceiling.

"I am caught on the ceiling. I require assistance."

OH so funny.

Heh. You need to be in that version of the movie. I hope the kids deserved to be scared.

That was brillant.

I admire the editing talent of who ever made that.

LOL!
Thanks for posting that.
Perhaps I was a strange child, but there were moments in that film that gave me the creeps.

It's reeeeally good, right? Like I said, I couldn't even laugh because it actually looks scary. I don't think I've even seen the original movie, so that might help with my lack of association with the scenes they used.

Actually, she was quite scary in the novel. Had a habit of summoning monsters to punish the children for misbehavior.
