A quick and somewhat random update

• Work has been ... ugh. Last minute scrambling and panic and updates, all at the time that we're supposed to be working on our reviews. I've mentioned before that I hate writing self-evaluating reviews, haven't I? I'm pretty sure I have, so I'll spare you all the rant.



• I went to the Vampire Ball in Portland last weekend, and it was wonderful. I'm still hoping that I'll have time to do a proper write-up of it, but the short version is that it was a fabulous event, I'm looking forward to next year's, and that cass404 is a darling.



• We have new kitties! We brought them home on Tuesday, and they seem to be adapting pretty well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well when the two boys (Tzepesh and Ruthven) finally meet Trinian face-to-face. I think it will.



• Shallow Fashion Question: I've been thinking about playing with hot rollers. Yes, I want to do something with my hair other than put it up in a bun, or have it be long and stick-straight. Do any of you have any brand recommendations, or tips on using them?

Okay, back to writing my review. Hopefully my head won't explode from stress.
