Saturday was another day of unpacking the front room, plus moving books from one bookcase to a different bookcase, because I finally remembered that NO, the vampire books went in that larger bookcase. However, at this point ALL the books for downstairs are unpacked, yay! I have 42 editions of Dracula, yay! I HAVE ROOM LEFT ON THE VAMPIRE BOOKCASE, TIME TO BUY MORE, YAY!

Sunday neither of us felt like doing anything, so we decided it was movie time. The movie I wanted to watch, Lake Mungo, wasn't available for free streaming on any services we use, and the Stroppy One has moral objections to renting streaming media. I get it. So we decided to watch Ouija: Origin of Evil, which I had seen before but long enough ago that I had forgotten most of it. Why that? Because it was directed by Mike Flannigan, director of The Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor, and Midnight Mass. It was very good; atmospheric and creepy. Even creepier for the Stroppy One - he is unsettled by Ouija boards in general, and while he enjoyed the movie, he also admitted to being slightly adrenalized after it.

I can tell going to the personal trainer is having an effect: I have more stamina, I can lift heavier things, and I think my belly is shrinking. Don't get me wrong, I still hate having to do this, but I know it's necessary.
