I tried using the "Tribal Basics vol. 1" belly dance tape I bought yesterday. My body does not move like that. Maybe, with dedicated practice, it will eventually. But right now? I am a clumsy moo-cow. I'm finding solace in the fact that, yes indeedy, it is a form of aerobic exercise.

What possessed me to work out when it's a bazillion degrees even after the sun has gone down? Oh, that's right - the chorus of body image demons in the back of my head.

I think I'm going to look at the WW site again, and make up my mind as to whether or not I'm going to join.
