So thanks to poetry_lady, my resume has been handed to (yet another) team at the Evil Empire. I've heard that the people who've seen my resume are interested, and I have just left voice-mail with one of them (because poetry_lady's friend on the team told me I should) to set up a casual, 'meet-for-coffee' informational interview. Which, admittedly, is not a real "We're thinking about hiring you" interview, but it IS a step forward.

(Yes, I've hit the "I am DONE with unemployment" stage. I have a list of Shiny Things I would like to buy, dammit! Plus, y'know, mortgage payments & bills, have medical insurance, that sort of thing.)
