By, when I absolutely can't get to sleep, taking one of the Sonata my doctor gave me a prescription for. Sonata only lasts for 4 hours, which means it's great for people who stay asleep once they nod off.

Sorry to hear it. I'm up too but for me it's because I'm working on paperwork for an upcoming show. I think I'm done for the night though, I've done about as much working out track assigns and outputs as my poor brain can handle for one night.
