Specifically, this exact skirt (oooh, clicky-link!)

I think it's darling. Love, love love it. Black, trimmed with pink! Look, knees!

And every time I put it on, I can't make it look the way I want to. I suspect that I'm only happy with skirts that show my knees if the skirts are fluffy and augmented with petticoats.

So, yeah. I'm probably going to sell it off. This post is in the nature of an advance warning, I suppose.

what size is it, and if necessary, how much stuff do I have to make for you to get it? :)

It's a size 16/18. 36.5" waist.

If you DO want it, drop me an email (jilli (at) gothic-charm-school (dot) com), and we can figure out a trade-y thing. :)

I can't beat a trade for new stuff, but if she doesn't want it, I think I do...

Damn. Totally wrong measurements and proportion for me.

But maaaaybeeee I can find and alter a pattern and make something similar. I'm going to start sewing for myself this winter, dammit!

Too bad I would look like ASS in that skirt.

I'm torn. I'm not so much for the pink, and it doesn't really fill any holes in my wardrobe. If you've still got it in a few weeks I'll consider it seriously be cause it is cute.

Ah, There's the skirt pattern I was looking for to use up the black velvet I bought a while ago...

Thank you! I was getting tired of my big poufy skirt patterns and was looking about for something a bit sleeker. I know what I'm doing after the current corset... perhaps I'll make this to match.
