•  Who was experimenting with 18th century stays? I've been doing more reading about them, and I wonder if they'd be a solution to the bra & shoulder pain issue?
• We watched The Menu last night, and I loved it. Loved it enough that I have two different fic ideas. The last movie to cause similar "this is fucked up and I LOVE it" feels was Midsommar. I need to rewatch it, partially because cackling glee, partially because I need to concentrate on some details so I can get them right for one of my fic ideas.
• We are still slowly getting unpacked. My office and the TV room are the most set-up rooms in the place. Well, so is the kitchen, but that's because the kitchen is the Madwoman's domain. 
• I am not going to the UK at the end of February. There is a day-long thing for the design org that is no longer a separate org but we are going to stay together one way or another dammit, and it takes place one of the days I'd be in London. Oh noes, the UK trip will have to wait. 
• OH MY G-D HAVING TO WAIT FOR MY BOTOX IS HELL ON EARTH AND I WANT THE MUSCLE SPASM MIGRAINES TO STOP.

I have several pairs of 17th century stays and find them much more comfortable than bras. They do give a very different sillouette than either 19th century corsets or modern bras, especially if you plan on wearing anything high-necked.
