While Follie au Deux by Fall Out Boy remains the reigning champion of "I've been listening to this on non-stop repeat for days on end, I may not be coping as well as I thought" music*, Dance Fever by Florence + the Machine is a strong contender and is rocketing up that personal hit list right now ahahahahahaha.

Also, I wish I could visit my early 20s self, shake her, tell her that her life probably would be better if she let herself be the confident holy terror that was inside her, then give her a copy of "Dream Girl Evil" and tell her to make it her G-Ddamn anthem.

* Try not to worry, friends who have known me for years, I am actively gathering resources to help bolster my cope.

I love Dance Fever, and I wish I'd had it when I was 21. Wishing you a healthy? successful? workable? cope--I'm sorry to hear you're Going Through It. One always hopes that at some point that just stops happening and your brain gets it together and you can just listen to those songs because they're good, but nooooooo.

you know how to find me if you need me, and please do.

Music has always been a strong coping tool for you to power through the terrible things, I am glad you are leaning into it.
