I have learned that following a kinda-sorta-mostly keto eating plan helps tremendously  with my chronic pain issues.

However, my adorable young developer tech bro teammates (and they are adorable, and actually all Very Sweet Boys*) also are on keto or paleo diets in addition to being fitness junkies. Listening to them talk about calculating macronutrients and compare notes on the best crossfit classes near the office is really funny to me.

*No, really, they're all very sweet. They gently tease about the very wide gulf between their lifestyles and mine; the  boys scamper off to the 3pm planking challenge every day, and sometimes make comments like, "Jillian, bro! Planking time! C'mon, planking in petticoats! It'd be totally sick!"   <-- a direct quote.

However, they will also cheerfully move furniture around for me and review things when I ask. Like I said, Very Sweet Boys.

I have been off and on keto/low carb for a while and while I feel better it is SO HARD. it's nice that you have coworkers (who appear to be adorable summer children back home for the first time) that are also in similar plans as it makes things so much easier.

and I admit I would pay money to see you plank in a petticoat ;)

The idea of anyone calling you "bro," makes me giggle really hard.
