We went out for Chinese food last night, and after making sure that the tofu mushu and pork potstickers didn't have any corn ingredients, I cheerfully had some. (Gluten hasn't been bothering me, so I figured that eating 3/4 of a potsticker "wrapper" and the meat of two of them wasn't going to be a problem.)

I woke up this morning with inflammation, pain, and a headache.
After breakfast, I had to go throw up. I started feeling better about an hour after that, and now I feel almost completely fine. The only issue I'm dealing with is a tiny lingering wisp of a headache.

Mortal shells are weird. I would like to ascend to my final vampiric form now, please.

I didn't know corn had been bothering you. Mental note: do not buy tamales for the Vampire Witch Queen.

My body issues are 90% mechanical wear and tear. I'd like to be one of Sorayama's gynoids now, please.

indeed, human bodies are a hot mess of meat and chemical stew where a single drop of water or grain of salt changes everything enormously. Terrible design.

I blame free radicals.
