the dots are large enough to qualify as mixing polka dots with stripes. If they were the same color & um effect(?) I think stripes and dots can work, but I think holographic dots and B&W stripes are not similar enough.

and you know how much I personally love both B&W and holographic, so this is saying something.

Floral goth has softer shapes that goes better with face dots. :)

And stripes with polka dots are a circus tradition. Trust me, I'm a semi-professional trapeze artist. Heh.

it depends on if you want the sparkly undereye circles to stand out more.
if so go with the B&W stripes, if not go with the floral.
