I'm sure the Stroppy One would make that face at me, but I just made an entire carton's worth of whipped cream so I can make my own coffee + whipped cream extravaganza. No caramel sauce, alas, but that's more sugar than I should have these days.
Go for it ~ you deserve an extra treat during your linear time breakup. My most recent batch (to serve over baked apples and chai-infused cake) had cinnamon & nutmeg added during the whipping process. It's pretty just sprinkled on top too, but I wanted it to alter the colour a bit and add some extra flavour. I don't add any sugar ~ just the texture alone is lovely!
