Apparently my magpie instincts will never rest. Now that I've accumulated an armful of real silver bangle bracelets, thanks to a couple months of dedicated thrifting and haunting of shopgoodwill.org, my brain is going, "Yes, but now we need a bunch of real silver bracelets that aren't bangles. Chain-type ones. That you can leave on all the time".

Okay, sure, brain. I mean, I get it; I like having external manifestations of the shields and wards I need, because it's easier to maintain them if I have something to focus on. But I also shake my head at my magpie instincts.

Sterling chain by the inch ebay vendors? They have various styles of link, various gauges, and will attach rings and catches for you when they cut the chain to your desired length. Not as much fun as treasure hunting, but you know what you're getting, and get what you want.
