The yard sale! Good lord, the yard sale. I will forever be grateful 1) to Thea and Eric for being willing to host it, and 2) to the Stroppy One for getting up and doing set-up every morning, then coming back and getting my delicate nocturnal self. THANK YOU SO MUCH, I LOVE YOU.

(Seriously. My husband? Awesome. He also brought me coffee each day.)

The sale was good! I got rid of a lot of stuff, yay! And just as importantly, I got to meet people I only know from the internets! People came from all over to browse our stuff and say hi, and some of them even brought their copies of Gothic Charm School to be signed. (I will never get used to that. I'm of course thrilled and delighted to sign books for people, but the notion that some folks drove THREE PLUS HOURS to see me and come to the yard sale (which is indeed a thing that happened) is something I will never get used to.)

Now, it is back to the Tech Writer Gothic life, as the current work deadline is hurtling toward me at a terrifying speed. I'll either be hard to find at my usual internetty haunts, or I'll be posting a lot as a distraction while I wait for content builds to finish compiling.

Augh, internet gremlins must have eaten the email I sent you. The boots fit the woman who put first dibs on them, so they've been sold off to her.

My husband? Awesome.

He is! I don't know what kind of treats he likes, but he certainly earned a few.
