Yearly review time.
I hate writing yearly reviews. Every year, I stop myself from listing "will not maim or kill co-workers or management" as a goal, telling myself it would be a career-limiting move.
This year, however, I might just go ahead and give myself that goal. After all, what can they do? Fire me?
