On Sunday, I went to see Motley Crue and Alice Cooper!

It's supposedly the Last! Ever! Tour! that Crue will ever do. They've even signed legal documents saying so. Do I beeeelieeeeve them? No. But it was a damn fun concert, despite the broiling sun.

For "Shout at the Devil", Nikki Sixx had a bass that was rigged up with a flamethrower. I was enthralled and covetous. (Okay, yes, of Nikki Sixx and the bass guitar. He still looks good.)

The dress is from KillStar, purveyors of ridiculous hipster NuGoth clothing. I added huge lace gores to it, because it originally was just a long tank dress with silly occult symbols. As in 2 pieces of cotton jersey with unfinished seams; I knew I was paying for graphic design, not garment construction.
Motley Crue has announced their final, no really, this is the last, tour. (They even signed legal contracts to enforce this being the final tour.)

Alice Cooper is the special guest act.

I ... I think I have to go to this. Even if it IS all the way out in Auburn, at the White River amphitheater. Now to find people to carpool with and wait for tickets to go on sale ...
