My faint hope yesterday that my feeling wretched was *just* exhaustion and allergies has been pretty much stomped flat. Chills, coughing, throat full of glass, exhaustion, and muscle aches. This was not part of my plans, dammit.

hot tea WITH HONEY (whether or not sweetners are your thing, the honey will help your throat, help fight off the virus, and help your energy levels).

Hot baths every night this week, with soaking for the soreness.

Juice! preferably something high in vitamin C.

If you have zinc and C tablets at home, take extra of those every day.

Raspberries are high in zinc.

Soup is a delicious and healthy way to fight things off too. Preferably chicken with veggies in base (it could be chicken broth used to make potato soup).
