Dad woke up today with extreme shortness of breath and pressure/weight in his chest. We spent most of today in the ER.
HE IS OKAY NOW. He's been discharged from the hospital, and will be checking in with his doctor next week.
Short form: certainly a minor (really minor) heart attack, and fluid on his lungs. No one knows how the fluid on the lungs developed, because everything was good last night, and the EKG they ran on him today looked fantastic. He's staying at his ladylove's place for the next week, and will be taking his doctor-prescribed diuretics to help get rid of the excess fluid.
I, obviously, am not going to RuffleCon.
